About the Author
Walter Rogers served as president and CFO of The Acacia Group, a landscape firm in Tucson, Arizona, until 2007 when his firm was acquired by Olsson Associates, a multidisciplinary engineering and design firm. He currently serves as a senior landscape architect in Olsson's Tucson office. He has thirty-five years' experience working as a landscape architect and holds an MLA from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He served on the landscape architecture faculties of the University of Arizona, the State University of New York at Syracuse, and the Gloucestershire College of Art and Design, Cheltenham, England.

A must-have for the LA library

I took a chance on this one, and I was thoroughly surprised. This book is completely laid out in detail start to finish, everything you need, just like the outline shows. I am using this to study for the LARE, and I'm shocked that this isn't listed as a resource book, nor was it used in my professional practice class at university. I would highly recommend it to students and emerging professionals wanting to round-out their understanding of the LA profession and the legal side of the office, as well professionals wanting to start your own business. So much content, great book for the money.

This book should be written for the UK LA. Although I found everything in this book inspirational and a formidable guide to follow. It should be updated to 2010+ changes and in colour.
